Cranberry Almond Stovetop Granola PREP TIME: 5 Min YEILD: 4 servings DIRECTIONS Ø Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oats; cook and stir until they begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and spread out on a cookie sheet to cool. Ø Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat and stir in the honey and brown sugar; stirring constantly, until bubbly; careful not to scorch. Pour the oats into the skillet. Cook and stir for another 5 minutes or so until there is a yummy looking texture and color. Pour out onto the cookie sheet and spread to cool.

Once cool, stir in the almonds and
cranberries. Add any additional nuts or fruit to make it your own recipe. |
