Peanut Butter and Maple
Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Lightly oil a cookie sheet.
Stir peanut butter, syrup, vanilla, and salt together until liquefied. Mix in
oats, stir until coated with liquid mixture.
Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake in 10-minute increments, stirring often, until the
oats are light golden brown. About 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on cookie sheet.
Once cool, stir to break up chunks.
Store in airtight container.
