Many churches have started up and failed here in the Ozarks. Why should Cornerstone be different? No one can guarantee success unless they can see into the future - and I cannot. Yet there are godly principles, which if followed, will open a pathway to God’s blessing which is the most necessary ingredient to the [...]
We are working and praying for a new church for the Ozarks. We hope you will visit a men’s study or one of our Family Nights. We invite you to pass this newsletter on to a family you know that doesn’t attend church, or that is looking for a church.
In ten months I will be [...]
There is often a tension between staying within to reform and coming aside to pursue a more perfect way. In 15th century England this tension was represented by the Puritans who believed God had called them to stay in the English state church to reform it, and the Separatists, who believed it was better [...]
Approximately eighty-five percent of Christian children are schooled by the godless government school system. Statistics demonstrate that about eighty-five percent of those Christian children so schooled will leave the church shortly after they graduate from high school. Yet, every Christian parent I speak to insists that the school his child attends is different - different because their’ school has Christian teachers, or a Christian principle. Joyful in spirit, sober in heart.
She knows the Lord

Can bring me low!
Truly my God upholds my soul.
Through grace I shall be,
Schooled in Egypt
When I was a young man in Bible College, I remember sitting in Marriage & Family class. I am so thankful for a word picture that was painted by the teacher on one particular day. That picture was so clear, and so plainly true that it has, guided my actions on the most [...]

Who cares for her and is always near
My little son does not perceive
It is for him daddy strives to achieve
And faithfully labors at work each [...]
